Right of return
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The consumer has the right to revoke a purchase within 14 days, counting from the first day after the delivery, without giving a reason or incurring a penalty.
Below you will find several situations in which you may return an item. When the return shipping is at our expense, we will only reimburse in accordance with the standard-delivery postal tariff. The same is true for registered mail. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, these items will be received, but we will only reimburse you up to the amount you would have paid using the least expensive, standard-delivery service.
I do not wish to keep the item. Can I return it?
If you do not wish to keep the item that was delivered then you have the right, under Belgian law, to return your order within 14 days, counting from the first day after the delivery.
You do this as follows:
-Complete the returns document as fully as possible, not forgetting to specify the reason for return, your BIC code and the IBAN account number that you would like us to credit.
-Send the item that you wish to return, undamaged, to Lannoo Shop, c/o DistriMedia nv, Meulebeeksesteenweg 20, B-8700 Tielt.
-Once the article has arrived at our distribution centre we will arrange a refund as soon as possible.
The item that was delivered is not the item that I ordered. What now?
If you received a book that does not correspond to your order-form then you can return it at our expense within 14 days, counting from the first day after the delivery. We will refund you the full amount, including the shipping costs.
You do this as follows:
-Complete the returns document as fully as possible, stating ‘product delivered does not match order’ as the reason for the return; do not forget to include your BIC-code and the IBAN account number that you would like us to credit.
-Please send the wrong item, undamaged, to Lannoo Shop, c/o DistriMedia nv, Meulebeeksesteenweg 20, B-8700 Tielt.
-Once the article has arrived at our distribution centre we will arrange a refund as soon as possible.
-If you still wish to obtain a copy of the correct title, please create a new order through our web-shop. This is the easiest and quickest way for us to provide you with a new book.
The article that was delivered is, in fact, the book that is listed on my order form, but I made a mistake. It is not the book that I really wanted. Can I return it?
